Shipping & Delivery
We only ship to Canada. We use Canada Post, UPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers, for timely shipping times.
Are all orders shipped from Canada?
- While many of the items we carry are in Canadian warehouses, we do sometimes have to ship from USA. You may need to pay duties on some of the orders with item numbers starting with EB.
Do you send out tracking information?
- As soon as we ship the order to you, we send out an email with the tracking information. You will be able to use Canada Post, UPS or FedEx sites to follow your package.
- Free shipping promotions are for eligible items only. You may need to pay shipping charges for the items that are not free shipping eligible - please refer to product pages.
How long does it take to ship an item?
- Non personalized orders ship fast, normally 1 to 3 business days. 
- Personalized products take 3 to 5 business days to ship.
 - Special orders will take 5-8 business days to ship out. There will be a note on product page for special orders.
How long does it take for the order to reach me?
- Once shipped, the order would arrive to you anywhere from 3 to 7 business days.
NOTE: It is possible that the Shipping calculator isn't displaying the correct shipping cost.  In rare case that the Shipping calculator we use didn't calculate the shipping cost correctly, we will email you right away to let you know. We only charge actual shipping costs and do not make profit on shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel the order where this has happened.
Returns & Replacements
YES! We do accept returns, and we do send out free replacements in rare case of a problem! We have a generous 30 days return policy, which means that you can return any unused merchandise within 30 days (from the shipping date), for a full refund. In rare case that something is missing, or is damaged once you receive the package, please let us know right away.
- Customer is always responsible for shipping costs.
NOTE: Personalized products are non refundable. Food products such as honey, chocolate, maple syrup etc. cannot be returned, only replaced.
We utilize a "one page" checkout system. This means that you will have full control of all the information during the checkout. There are no minimums on how little you can order (check item descriptions for any exceptions).

You can checkout at any time by clicking on "Checkout" link at the top right corner of all the pages.
You can also order over the phone. Feel free to phone us Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are in Canadian dollars!!
We accept Visa, Master Card and also accept PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. When ordering online your financial information is never read by people, so feel safe ordering from us.  
We run promotions from time to time to save you even more! 
Viewing Orders
You can view your current or any previous orders by signing into your account. To do this, please click on "My Account" link near the top of the page. From this page your can also view your wishlist, your reviews and newsletter subscriptions.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, you can go to your "My Account" page at any time, and click on "Account Information" link on the left.
